He may not won the 2022 polls but labor leader Leody “Ka Leody” de Guzman undeniably won the hearts and respect of thousands of Filipinos who see him as an honorable candidate with genuine care for the country and its people.

Reacting to ABS-CBN‘s Mike Navallo’s exclusive interview with the Partido Lakas ng Masa presidential bet, social media users expressed support on Ka Leody’s journey as a public servant even as he concedes defeat amid the partial canvassing of votes.

“You fought a good fight, Sir. Fair and square. Thank you. You are right, Comelec needs to explain and investigate all the irregularities in this election. It’s the right of the Filipino people to know the truth! Para sa Pilipino, para sa Pilipinas!” @katzurc expressed.

“Ka Leody has conceded. Please don’t forget about this man. He went in without much but managed to speak so loudly that the masses heard him. He really voiced out every laborer and every citizen in this country,” @kalliasdemarco said.

@julius_3K expressed.

In the aforementioned interview, Ka Leody accepted his defeat and simple called the Commission on Elections to explain the irregularities, such as the consistent ratio of votes between the two top presidential candidates, Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. and Leni Robredo.
