Do you still remember that adorable little girl leading the cast of the hit 2011 television series Mutya? Former child wonder Mutya Orquia has grown into a fine young lady and is now back on TV as part of Mars Ravelo’s Darna.
At the age of four, Mutya won thousands of hearts with her cuteness and wowed a lot viewers with her acting prowess as a young mermaid in the 2011 series.
Her success continued when she became part of different television programs such as Goin’ Bulilit, My Binondo Girl, and Be Careful With My Heart where she played as the younger sister of Janella Salvador is currently portraying the role of Darna’s main antagonist Valentina.
Now part of Darna, ABS-CBN said Mutya will play the role of Patricia “Tricia” Romero, a blogger whose goal is to expose the truth about Nueva Esperanza’s rehabilitation facility for the “Extras”.
In her quest, she will meet Ding, the character played by Zaijian Jaranilla who was also a former child star. Ding is Darna’s brother and most trusted sidekick in the show.
